We are looking for a strong, committed project leader who ensures that our designs are not only beautiful but also excellently executed — from design to delivery.

We are looking for someone who stands firm but always with an eye for collaboration and quality. You have a creative perspective, but also a keen sense of technique and feasibility. You combine creativity with technical knowledge and are both a sparring partner for clients and a coach for colleagues.

Who are we looking for

• Experience & education – You have at least 5 years of experience in both design and technical design; at least 2 years of experience with implementation guidance. You have a higher professional education (HBO) or university education (WO) in a relevant field.
• Leadership & coordination – You lead internal and external project teams. You plan, coordinate, guide, and ensure that quality, vision, planning, and budgets are strictly followed.
• Technical & creative – You translate creative concepts into technically feasible designs, with insight into materials, techniques, software, feasibility, and aesthetics. You identify additional work, create budgets, and provide detailed drawings and presentations.
• Process and quality monitoring – You develop and maintain standards, processes, and procedures. You follow developments in the field (such as sustainability, automation, quality management) and translate them into policy.
• Communication & advising – You are the connecting link between management, colleagues, clients, and executing parties. You advise internally and externally about design (im)possibilities, present, consult, and convince.
• Personality qualities – You are inspiring, motivating, and creative in approach. You have a positive attitude, can effectively handle pressure and change, are stress-resistant, and communicatively strong.
