On the occasion of our 12.5-year anniversary, we spent a weekend at Onder de Wol in Voeren, Belgium. In the characteristic Limburg hill landscape, we were welcomed into atmospherically decorated rooms with a warm and attentive reception. The extensive breakfast provided an excellent start each morning for a relaxing and inspiring stay.
Adjacent to the B&B, we raised a toast together at Hoeve de Bies. There, we enjoyed a refined multi-course dinner, discovering a variety of new flavors, accompanied by a carefully curated wine pairing.
We also visited the historic city center of Aachen, where we experienced the Christmas atmosphere in a charming and authentic setting.
It was a successful weekend centered around connection, togetherness, and appreciation.
